The article identifies one of the components professional competence, social and communicative competence - quality a trainers higher education, which is defined as complex integrative professionalpersonal formation, determines electiveness interpersonal interaction, allows specialist to orient in any situation, evaluate it adequately, make right decisions achieve set goals provides pedagogue with personal comfort, demand all spheres life. following structural socio-communicative education establishment teachers are identified: motivation-valuable, cognitive, operational-active, personal, well criteria their indicators: motivational (presence motivation achieve, determination interact, necessity communication, self-actualization); cognitive (completeness strength assimilation knowledge); active level mastery skills (speech, nonverbal, interactive, social, information communication); (social intellect, ability empathize reflexivity), correlate specified trainers. dissertation levels development investigated (low, acceptable high) revealed content.
